How to Use PDF Tools

Full PDF Conversion

Simply drag & drop or select your PDF file
Adjust the quality scale as needed (8x recommended)
Use preview to test settings on a single page
Click "Convert Full PDF" to process the entire document
Wait for the process to complete - don't close the tab

Quality Settings

4x: Good for text-heavy PDFs
8x: Best balance of quality and speed
16x+: For PDFs with detailed images

Large PDFs

For PDFs with 50+ pages, consider using individual processing

Before Starting

Create a new empty folder for your converted PDFs
In your browser settings, turn off "Ask where to save each file before downloading"
Set your download folder to the newly created folder

Individual Processing Steps

Select "Process Pages Individually" under Processing Options
Set your desired page range
Use 3-4 concurrent pages for optimal performance
Click "Process Range" to start conversion
Each page will download as a separate PDF

Merging Pages

Switch to the PDF Merger tab
Add all your converted pages
Arrange them in correct order (normally this will be done automatically)
Click "Merge PDFs" to combine

After Completion

Return to your browser settings and restore your original download folder
Re-enable "Ask where to save each file before downloading" if you had it enabled
Go to the folder with individual PDFs
Find the merged PDF, rename it to your desired name
Move the renamed PDF out of the folder
Delete the folder containing the individual PDFs
